CLASSES RESUME 6 SEPTEMBER
Simple guided meditations that allow you to take forty-five minutes during your lunch break, or after work. Each session includes two fifteen minute meditations, with a short explanation in between.
The meditations will help you to cultivate inner peace, so you can enjoy the rest of the week with an inspired and positive mind.
These classes are suitable for everyone. Whenever possible they are taught by our Resident Teacher Gen Gakyi and give a practical introduction to meditation. Please feel free to drop in on a class-by-class basis. See aside for dates.

Teacher: Gen Gakyi is an English Buddhist nun with over 20 years experience of teaching meditation.
Our drop-in classes run throughout the year in term times. You are welcome to come to any session.
