A half-day course followed by the option of six further retreat sessions – an ideal start for anyone who wants to start meditating and a perfect way for those wishing to resume or refresh their meditation practice.

The course and retreat will be guided by Gen Kelsang Gakyi, who will explain clearly how we can all establish a successful meditation practice to establish peace of mind in our busy, modern world.
